EBANO RICE
Ebano is the acronym for “Early Aromatic NOvelty” and it is a precious innovation from an environmental, gastronomic and sensorial point of view.
Ebano grows in the countryside with a very low demand for energy and inputs: less water, less fertilizer, no fungicides. To control weeds, it is possible to carry out an intense mechanical control activity thanks to its significantly postponed sowing. No rice grown today can be planted like Ebano in late June. For this reason, it is also suitable for organic, sustainable and low environmental impact crops.
Ebano is suitable for the preparation of tasty dishes,
risottos and many modern recipes, also becoming an ingredient in baked goods, finger food, sushi and arancini.
